Cardano, the leading investment adviser and fiduciary manager, has announced the expansion of its team with the appointment of Phil Redding as UK Head of Business Development.
Commenting, Kerrin Rosenberg, Chief Executive Officer of Cardano UK, said: “We continue to deliver what we always set out to do; improve the funding ratio of pension schemes in a steady and stable way. Although we have already helped many pension schemes become robust and resilient against economic and market conditions there are many more still looking for help as Trustees and Sponsors of UK pension schemes continue to demand better outcomes for members.
“We are well positioned to help them achieve this with both our advisory and fiduciary management services and we very pleased to welcome someone of Phil’s calibre to our team to help us move into the next phase of our growth.”
Redding added: “The industry has changed significantly over the last few years and Cardano has remained the leader in the field, going from strength to strength. I am looking forward to being able to play my part in helping them to make an even bigger impact in the industry.”
Prior to Cardano, Redding was Head of Business Development EMEA at Aviva Investors. Before this he worked in a variety of key pensions roles at Credit Suisse, Zurich, CIS, Scottish Mutual and Hogg Robinson Benefit Consultants.
