We are delighted to have won Fiduciary Manager of the Year at the Financial News Awards for
Excellence in Institutional Asset Management 2015 for the seventh year running.
Now in its 14th year, the FN Awards brings together the European asset management community to be honoured by Financial News and industry peers for excellence in
their strategy and performance.
Financial News noted in our winning submission that:
"It has been another year of steady performance for Cardano. For the year ended June 30, 2015, their clients’ portfolios outperformed their liabilities by 4.5%. Over three years outperformance stood at 4.7%, and over five years at 3.5%. The level of risk in its aggregate client portfolios (2.2%) came in at less than a third of the market average of 7.3%".
John Higginbottom, chair of investment committee, Express Newspapers 1988 Pension Fund, said: "We have worked with Cardano for over five years and they never disappoint. Our fund is in a much better position because of them."
Richard Dowell, Head of Clients, commented "This is a great result for the team. Everyone works hard across the whole business to make sure we can keep on doing what we do best, which is helping our clients achieve greater certainty when it comes to their investment portfolios, a steadier performance and funding ratio protected against economic conditions."
